Once your date has been secured with a deposit we can arrange a face-to-face video consultation at a mutually convenient time a couple of months before your wedding. This is normally only needed if your design is very decorated/complex and requires more in-depth discussion than by email. We are also happy to provide a sketch if you feel this would help visualise your cake better. For much simpler cakes (naked, semi-naked or minimally-decorated designs) then discussion via email/phone is usually sufficient.
