Booking Process

Whether you are looking for a simple and elegant cake or a bold and striking one, we are proud to create bespoke designs that perfectly match your vision and requirements. From start to finish, we are dedicated to making your big day extra special and unforgettable.

We can draw inspiration from various elements of your wedding, such as your colours, flowers, dress, venue styling and stationery.

Your wedding cake will be most important cake of your life which is why you can expect a personal service, delicious flavours and a unique design. Together we will create a perfect cake that compliments you and your wedding and will not only looks beautiful but taste amazing too!

Check Your Date is Available

As soon as you have booked your venue, get in touch to check if we have your date available. We only take on certain number of wedding cakes per week to ensure your cake gets the full attention it deserves. Booking 12-18 months in advance is usually recommended to avoid disappointment. If your wedding is shorter notice please do still get in touch as we may have availability left, especially if it's out of peak wedding season.

​You can save your date with a £100 non-refundable deposit, then relax, knowing your date is secured and continue with rest of your wedding planning.

Cake Tasting

If you would like to try some samples these are available for collection or they can be posted to you throughout the year. You can try some flavours either before booking or once you have paid a deposit.

Design Details

Your final balance will be due one month before your wedding date.  We will be in touch in plenty of time before this to confirm any final details with you. If your cake design is fairly straight-forward (such as a semi-naked cake) then discussing details via email is usually sufficient. For more complex designs we can arrange a zoom call at a mutually convenient time.

Closer to your wedding we will contact your venue if necessary and any other suppliers associated with your cake design (e.g. florists) to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.

​On the morning of your wedding, we will personally deliver and set up your cake at the venue, allowing you to relax, knowing your wedding cake is in safe hands.

Prices

Every cake we make is bespoke and tailored to each couple, therefore prices will vary depending on a number of factors such as cake size, number of portions, and complexity of design.

Portion sizes are based on 1"x1" finger sized slices which are normally around 5" tall as standard.
